• ・Various filming and photography by official photographers and media coverage will take place at the venue, and participants and visitors may be filmed. Please note that photographs and videos taken by the organisers during the event may be displayed or used free of charge in publicity and promotional material and on the official social media website.
• ・No mosaic or other treatment is allowed in relation to the publication of the above-mentioned filming recordings.
• ・The organiser and venue are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue.
• ・Please follow the instructions of staff at all times when participating in the event.
• ・If you cause a disturbance or do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave the premises.
• ・Alcoholic beverages and intoxicated persons are not permitted in the venue.
• ・Please take your rubbish home with you.
• ・Please do not "leave personal belongings unattended" or "take up space" at the venue.
• ・Admission may be restricted depending on the crowd.
• ・It’s expected to be hot on the day of the event. Although a full first-aid system is in place during the operation period, please drink water and take salt frequently to prevent heat stroke.
• ・It may be cancelled in case of stormy weather.
• ・If you are unwell (e.g.: fever‧cough‧sore throat) please cancel your participation. If you feel unwell or feel unwell during the event, please inform the event staff immediately.
